About the position

The Video Editor position at IntelliPro involves creating and editing video content for marketing purposes, particularly for social media platforms. The role requires collaboration with global teams and a strong understanding of video editing software. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving video content based on performance metrics and ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Re-edit videos shot for the Reel short app and create promotional ads.
• Review rough cut videos for any flaws and provide feedback.
• Consistently improve video content based on performance reports from the marketing team.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with global teams in various time zones.
• Ensure timely and consistent communication.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a marketing or creative team environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects; Davinci is a plus.
• Ability to follow direction and solve problems independently while meeting goals and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and perfection.
• Strong creative thinking skills and proactive in seeking new solutions to challenges.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Ability to pair music effectively with video content.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred for communication with business partners in China.
• Startup experience.
