About the position

Quorum Software is seeking a Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit videos and produce live video. This role is pivotal in shaping our video content for go-to-market initiatives, internal communications, and corporate needs, as well as visual storytelling. As a leading software company, we produce critical marketing, internal communications, educational, event-based videos, and we conduct many live interviews at events, around product and corporate news, and more. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and assembling raw footage from interviews and b-roll into polished, high-quality videos that align with our creative vision and brand standards. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, segment leaders, and other marketing team members to ensure that the final product meets both aesthetic and technical expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for video production and creation of promotional videos, event interviews, educational content, internal communications, online events, live broadcasts, and all other promotional and corporate videos
  • Set and operate cameras, light equipment, wireless microphones and other audio equipment and monitor and adjust equipment during recording sessions
  • Capture b-roll footage to support various video projects
  • Develop storyboards, select music, record voice over, and assure production of all video components
  • Design digital video effects, motion, and still graphics in order to create a finished product that meets brand standards
  • Record interviews with Executives, Customers, and Subject Matter Experts in a turnkey approach
  • Provide guidance and solutions for enabling more remote and self-generated video for other uses such as training videos, recording of SMEs, localized special events, and marketing initiatives around the world
  • Create quality work independently or with a team that includes content production/traffic manager, other videographers/photographers, or third-party contractors
  • Ability to move a project from start to finish, concept, staging, production, edits and final product
  • Ensure all video content meets brand standards and is delivered on time
  • Maintain an organized archive of video footage, project files, and digital assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in related fields
  • 5+ years experience in a Corporate Videography role
  • Proven experience shooting, interviewing, editing and producing independently and in collaboration
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud and professional editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
  • Experience operating professional camera equipment (Sony Mirrorless or similar), green screen, lighting package, etc.
  • Experience managing assets in a DAM, tagging, and provisioning media in multiple formats for multiple applications
  • Experience with video publication platforms such as Vidyard, Vimeo, YouTube, and related
  • Experience operating live video in platforms such as Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Experience working in a content production management system such as Asana and frame.io
  • Highly collaborative and involving in the ideation and creation of content
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, including progress/status communications and proactive planning communications with involved SMEs, Executives, and all colleagues.
