About the position

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor/Videographer to join our creative team at a digital marketing agency. This on-site position involves editing and producing a variety of video content, including short-form reels and promotional videos, while collaborating closely with the video and social media departments. The role requires a strong understanding of video production techniques and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Edit existing RAW footage and images into short-form reels and occasional long-form videos.
• Produce a wide range of videos including promotional, marketing, and company-focused content for various platforms.
• Edit audio tracks and perform sound design to enhance video projects.
• Collaborate with the video/social department to produce social media content.
• Organize, manage, and archive media assets efficiently.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all video and photo-related projects within the company.
• Ensure consistency in style across videos, maintaining a cohesive look and feel in line with brand guidelines.
• Apply expert color correction and grading techniques to enhance the visual appeal of the content.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of video production experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in product and food photography.
• Videography skills including camera operation, lighting, color grading, and sound capture.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and/or Davinci Resolve.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities with an eye for transitions and pacing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends and video formats.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
