About the position

The Videographer/Editor/Photographer at ATWork Group is a full-time, in-house role responsible for creating, developing, editing, and managing video and photography content for both local and national brand assets. This position plays a crucial role in the marketing team, contributing to corporate communications through high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Brand Manager and marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with the company's messaging and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software to create polished and impactful on-brand videos.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for corporate content, including interviews, b-roll, events, and testimonials.
  • Camera Operation: Operate professional video cameras and equipment to capture high-quality footage, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Photography: Capture and edit photography including headshots, candids, and events, with knowledge of lighting and post-production.
  • Concepting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the company's messaging.
  • Post-Production: Manage post-production tasks including color correction, audio mixing, and adding visual effects or graphics.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all video content meets quality and brand standards before publication.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in film production, videography, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional videography, video editing, and photography experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Knowledge of current equipment including Canon EOS C200, Canon EOS 5D, lenses, mics, stabilizers, and drones.
  • Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques for both video and photography.
  • Strong storytelling and creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel for on-location shoots when required.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
