About the position

As a Video Editor at Advocare International LLC, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to creatively translate briefs into polished video products that align with our brand's voice and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Team to brainstorm and develop concepts that enhance our marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency across all video content. In this position, you will be responsible for producing content tailored for diverse audiences and platforms, keeping up with current marketing trends, and continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industry best practices. Your ability to adapt ideas to meet the needs of the brand will be essential, as will your willingness to accept constructive feedback and learn from other creative professionals. This role requires a strong attention to detail, quick thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who not only has the technical skills to edit videos but also possesses a strong conceptual thinking ability and storytelling talent. Your portfolio should showcase your creativity and strategic approach to video editing, demonstrating your proficiency in various editing and motion graphics software packages, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Requirements

  • Strong portfolio mandatory with works that show creativity, a defined strategy and the ability to follow a specific brand tone
  • Strong conceptual thinker and storyteller
  • Attention to detail, quick thinking and a demonstrated proficiency in video editing
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Substantial expertise with editing and motion graphic software packages (Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop)
  • Understanding of video encoding formats
  • Talent for sound design
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and accept criticism from other creative professionals
