About the position

The Freelance Video Editor will work with an advertising agency to produce various video content, including client recap videos, internal brand videos, and social media content. This hybrid role requires collaboration with team members and photographers, and it offers the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Create recap videos for client campaigns
• Produce internal brand videos
• Develop social media content
• Design light animations for client advertising campaigns
• Maintain a video asset library
• Collaborate with photographers to plan shoots and provide feedback
• Create video templates and toolkits to streamline production

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production or motion graphics design
• Ability to create videos based on creative briefs
• Experience in an in-house creative environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and AfterEffects
• Experience with audio editing software like Audacity or Adobe Audition
• Comfortable coordinating shoots and overseeing production logistics

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender
