About the position

The Creative and Bold Video Editor role focuses on producing engaging video content for social media platforms and YouTube. The position requires a blend of technical editing skills and creative storytelling to effectively communicate project goals through captivating visuals. The editor will work closely with a team to ensure high-quality output while staying updated on industry trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Edit compelling videos for TikTok ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Understand project goals and translate them into captivating visuals.
• Analyze scripts and footage to plan effective storytelling during pre-production.
• Edit footage using professional software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects during post-production.
• Apply color grading and address audio/visual issues to enhance visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Research new editing tools and industry trends to stay updated.

Requirements

• Mastery of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with lighting, sound recording, and camera operation.
• Experience with color grading and correction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
