About the position

The Video Editor at Fabick Cat is responsible for producing and editing a variety of video content, including internal communications, drone footage, interviews, and training materials. This role requires creativity and the ability to execute projects from concept to completion while adhering to brand standards. The Video Editor will also create digital content for social media and manage podcast production.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit various types of videos (internal, drone, interview, strategy rollout, equipment walk-arounds).
• Create and animate training videos.
• Provide digital content for social media.
• Execute projects from concept to completion.
• Operate independently while maintaining effective communication to ensure alignment and support.
• Maintain creativity within Caterpillar brand standards.
• Podcast Production and Management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading skills.
• Motion Graphics and Graphics Design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and utilizing Canva.
• Experience in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
