About the position
BHI is looking to hire a full-time Video Editor who is an experienced and well-rounded marketing professional. The Marketing Video Editor earns a competitive salary ($70,000-$90,000 DOE) that is negotiated based on experience and paid weekly. In addition, we offer excellent benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and a liberal PTO policy. This position requires a clear vision of an excellent marketing program and the knowledge, skills, and abilities to make that vision a reality.
Requirements
- 5-7 Years of experience in video editing in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of graphic design, digital trends and editing principles for various marketing channels.
- Advanced level proficiency in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (specifically Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Photoshop, Lightroom, Davinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro).
- Must be able to take a video project from the planning stages to final edit with minimal supervision.
- Video/photo shooting experience and a strong video portfolio.
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor's Degree in communications, film production, cinematography, or related field.
