About the position

As a Part-Time Video Editor at Worthy Lifestyle Coaching, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and visually compelling video content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with our lead photographer to receive raw content and transform it into high-quality videos for social media platforms, online courses, and promotional materials. This role is crucial in helping to bring our brand's vision to life and requires a creative and passionate individual who can effectively communicate through video. Your primary focus will be on editing video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You will collaborate with the lead photographer and marketing team to create visually appealing videos that align with our brand identity. This includes cutting, splicing, and enhancing raw footage to produce polished final videos, as well as adding music, graphics, and effects to enhance the overall video content. Additionally, you will ensure that all video content is optimized for various platforms and devices, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the editing process.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Dependable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
• Creative mindset with the ability to tell a story through video.
• Ability to work closely with a photographer to bring raw content to life.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
