• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative video concepts.
• Work closely with in-house production and cross-functional teams to ensure timely collection and delivery of video assets.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in web series, vertical series, and mobisode production.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in 3D design is a plus.
• Portfolio linking to social media channels and accounts grown with sole-produced content and engagement methods.
• Extensive understanding of the #booktok, #bookstagram, and #booktok markets.
