About the position

We are seeking a talented Video Editor/Content Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing content and setting up projects as needed many days per week, including weekends. This role involves creating visually appealing videos with a focus on storytelling and pacing, while collaborating with the creative team to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage older content in an office setting and be on call during the week to set up video projects for the editing team.
• Create visually appealing videos with attention to storytelling and pacing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets project requirements.
• Manage and organize video files using content management systems.
• Utilize software such as Premiere Pro, with familiarity in Windows and Apple being a plus.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos via FTP or other designated platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of content management systems and using a Network Attached Storage (NAS).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in video editing or a related field is preferred.
