About the position

The Editorial Producer will serve as the definitive project manager for video services, coordinating tasks across various global teams including design, UI, editorial, localization, content programming, and marketing. This role requires managing high-pressure projects, setting milestones, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining flexibility as priorities shift. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cross-functional team management and will operate with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks for worldwide teams including design, UI, editorial, localization, content programming, and marketing.
• Manage high-pressure projects with various stakeholders.
• Set milestones and ensure projects are completed on time and as expected.
• Adapt to changing priorities while keeping sight of deadlines and launch dates.
• Maintain relationships with diverse personalities and operate with urgency.

Requirements

• Excellent social, communication, and written skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem (Mac OS, iOS, Apple Music, App Store, Podcasts, Apple TV, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of iWork and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Airtable).
• Proven ability to both lead and follow.
• Proven track record to lead high-profile projects within short timeframes.
• Proven ability to adapt to change seamlessly.
• Well versed in digital entertainment industry and trends.
