About the position

XVP Studios is seeking a local, experienced Video Producer/Editor to join their fast-growing team. This role involves working closely with high-level corporate brands to produce and edit commercial video content tailored for multichannel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, superb client-facing abilities, and a portfolio that reflects their expertise in video production.

Responsibilities

• Concept, edit, and direct commercial video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under the direction of a Senior Producer/Editor.
• Collaborate with team members and take feedback positively.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in video production, including management of digital assets and naming conventions.
• Accommodate urgent client requests, which may require unconventional hours.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Video Producer.
• A minimum of 5 years experience with digital nonlinear editing platforms like Adobe Premiere.
• Strong command of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced knowledge in color grading and color correction.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with operating DSLR / Cinema style cameras.
• Understanding of lighting fundamentals for scenes or interviews.
