As a Video Producer & Editor at C21 Connect Realty, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality video content that effectively showcases our real estate brokerage. Your responsibilities will include editing and producing various types of video content, from short daily clips to longer weekly features, and ensuring that all content is posted on social media and podcast platforms. Additionally, you will assist our agents in producing podcasts and shooting content for their social media channels. In this role, you will be expected to manage and organize video assets and archives, ensuring that all video content adheres to the company's branding and messaging guidelines. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in video production and editing will be essential to your success. You will need to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work that drives results for our brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for C21 Connect Realty, including short daily videos and longer weekly videos.
• Post edited content to social media and podcast platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute video content strategies.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company's branding and messaging.
• Manage and organize video assets and archives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video production and editing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
