XVP Studios is seeking a skilled Video Producer/Editor to join their team in Lincolnshire, IL. This role involves working closely with high-level corporate brands to produce and edit commercial video content tailored for multichannel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in video production, strong creative skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Concept, edit, and direct commercial video content for multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members and take feedback to improve video production quality.
• Manage digital assets and ensure meticulous attention to detail in video production processes.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously under the direction of a Senior Producer/Editor.
• Accommodate urgent client requests, which may require unconventional hours including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience with Adobe Premiere and digital nonlinear editing platforms.
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Video Producer.
• Strong command of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced knowledge in color grading and color correction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with operating DSLR / Cinema style cameras.
• Understanding of lighting fundamentals for scenes or interviews.
