About the position
The Video Producer at Between Pixels plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality video content. This position involves managing production schedules, interpreting creative direction, and overseeing the workflow for multiple video projects. The producer will work closely with a team to deliver leadership award shows across North America, requiring travel and strong organizational skills to handle a high volume of work effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead producer slating and calling live events for 300+ attendees
- Interview world-class business leaders
- Manage video production of all assigned projects
- Work with DP's and Editors to plan content
- Set deadlines and assign tasks
- Manage project budgets and deadlines
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments
- Review videos for quality, grammar, and consistency
- Communicate with clients to plan for events while getting direction and feedback
- Track and collect assets from clients
- Deliver demos & finals for client approval
Requirements
- 3+ years of live production and interview experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in account management and operations responsibilities
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Canon DSLRs
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Asana, Frame.io, Toggl, Slack, Dropbox/Paper
- Background in broadcast news, independent contracting, or corporate video production
