About the position

The Video Production and Digital Marketing Strategist will create engaging video content and develop digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness across various online platforms. This role emphasizes storytelling through video, showcasing products, and maximizing audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, website, and ads, showcasing products, testimonials, and educational content.
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and sales through social media, email, PPC, and SEO.
  • Produce engaging content for social media, short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), and website assets.
  • Grow social media presence through content calendars, follower engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Optimize product listings and visuals with the ecommerce team.
  • Plan and launch email campaigns, newsletters, and workflows to nurture leads and boost loyalty.
  • Track campaign performance, report on metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales and product teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Understand audience preferences to tailor content and enhance engagement.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and techniques to improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years in video production, digital marketing, or content creation (Preferred).
  • Proficient in video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and ecommerce marketing principles.
  • Proven success in digital marketing strategies that increase engagement and sales.
  • Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and creative skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Passion for visual storytelling and content creation.
