About the position

The Multimedia/Video Production Co-op at Lennox International is a pivotal role focused on creating engaging visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity. This position involves producing both long and short-form videos that highlight the Lennox story, products, and culture, while collaborating closely with the Corporate Communications team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with brand identity and departmental goals.
• Edit and produce concise, impactful short-form videos and reels for internal and external platforms.
• Ensure a smooth transition from on-set production to post-production by setting up footage for editing.
• Assist on-set by overseeing camera operation to capture footage with correct exposure and composition.
• Manage the logging, editing, and enhancement of raw footage.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency with campaign objectives.
• Serve as a Dialogue Editor to ensure clarity of speech and synchronization with the video.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in videography, film, multimedia, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing long and short-form videos.
• Proficiency in operating cinema-style and mirrorless cameras with a foundational understanding of cinematic techniques.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends and viral video elements.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
