About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual stories. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through video, working closely with the marketing department to execute brand and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Operate cameras and other equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured for both horizontal format videos and social media reels.
• Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software to create polished final products.
• Incorporate graphics, sound, and special effects into video projects.
• Manage post-production processes including color correction, audio mixing, and final rendering.
• Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.
• Assist in photography tasks as needed to complement video projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro is essential.
• Experience with videography techniques including lighting, composition, and sound recording.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and editing is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in film or media production is preferred but not mandatory.
• Filming experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
