About the position

The Videographer - Photographer - Media Management position involves capturing images and creating visual content to tell compelling stories. The role requires a blend of technical skills and creativity to meet project specifications and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in videography and photography.

Responsibilities

• Understand specifications set by the team and work closely with the art team to develop a concept.
• Capture and process images until desired results are achieved.
• Shoot poses that appear natural or not posed.
• Continuously improve image quality using various editing methods.
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses, etc.).
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and background in adherence with specifications.
• Direct participants during shoots.
• Maintain a database of photos and continually archive new work.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven professional shooting experience.
• Unique, attention-grabbing portfolio.
• Proficient in the use of both traditional and modern equipment.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One, or other photography/videography specific software.
• Skilled in the areas of shooting, lighting, and printing.
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.
• Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications.
• Ability to multitask or balance multiple tasks at one time.
• Photography degree or comparable experience.
• Expert with all graphic design programs.
