About the position

The Videographer / Content Creator at Lone Star National Bank is responsible for producing a variety of multimedia content, including podcasts and videos, to support the bank's marketing initiatives. This role involves planning, filming, and editing content while ensuring alignment with the bank's brand integrity and vision. The position requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and engage with the audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit podcasts, videos, and posts for various projects and content initiatives.
• Develop social media strategies, including scheduling shoots and providing guidance.
• Solve technical problems and provide creative input during production.
• Manage the production room and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Drive video projects from pre-production to post-production.
• Select and implement special visual effects, music, graphics, and audio for video shoots.
• Create quality multimedia storytelling using photography, videography, graphics, and text.
• Engage with followers and customers on social media with approval from the Marketing Director.
• Create a monthly content board and calendar for social media.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to produce and publish engaging content.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Director to ensure media aligns with the bank's brand.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in social media production.
• Maintain a catalogue of existing videos and photos as instructed by the Marketing Director.
• Comply with federal and state laws and bank policies regarding risk controls and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Accredited qualification in videography or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a videographer in a production environment.
• Excellent practical and technical skills, including computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility with working hours and stamina for long hours.
• Proficiency with production equipment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.
