About the position

The Videographer & Content Designer role within the Sales Enablement team at Western Digital focuses on creating engaging video and graphic content to support the organization's training and marketing efforts. This position involves managing the film studio, directing and editing videos, and collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality creative assets that enhance the sales process and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Create videos and graphics to support the Global Sales Enablement organization, including training videos, infographics, and product ads.
  • Manage the build-out and operation of the team's film studio and equipment.
  • Direct, shoot, and edit videos for various audiences including executives, employees, customers, and social media channels.
  • Learn business fundamentals of storage technologies and convey them through creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, Marketing, Legal, and HR on projects.
  • Drive the end-to-end video production process including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Build or edit PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc editing requests from various stakeholders.
  • Create logos, templates, and other brand-focused elements.
  • Track all work using project management software.

  • Familiar with Sales & Enablement tools such as Seismic, Sharepoint, SuccessFactors, and Jira.
