About the position

The Videographer in Corporate Marketing at Avnet is responsible for producing high-quality, professional videos to support various marketing initiatives. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video projects across multiple platforms, ensuring that the final products align with the organization's branding and creative standards. The position requires collaboration with the creative team and involves both pre-production and post-production tasks, including script writing, storyboarding, and video editing using industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video projects for various marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure project requirements are met during shoots.
• Provide leadership and direction during video shoots.
• Ensure consistency of images with the organization's graphics strategy and standards.
• Maintain and ensure the availability of video equipment.
• Obtain proper releases for subjects and maintain copyright regulations.
• Edit videos, perform color correction, and design sound for final products.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance videos.
• Upload videos to various channels and maintain a library archive of all videos.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Express.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with script writing and storyboarding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure quick turnarounds in editing.
• Proactive creative thinker with a passion for researching the latest trends in video production.
