About the position

The Videographer in Corporate Marketing at Avnet is responsible for producing high-quality, professional videos to support various marketing projects. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's branding and creative standards. The position requires collaboration with the creative team and involves both pre-production and post-production tasks, including script writing, editing, and maintaining video archives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video projects across various platforms.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure project requirements are met.
• Show leadership and direction during video shoots.
• Ensure images are consistent with the organization's graphics strategy and standards.
• Set up lighting and equipment for quality image capture.
• Write and edit scripts and storyboards for video projects.
• Provide support for events requiring video or streaming.
• Maintain and ensure availability of video equipment.
• Obtain proper releases for subjects and maintain copyright regulations.
• Edit videos with color correction and sound design, and enhance with motion graphics.
• Upload videos to various channels and maintain a video library.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in video production with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge of video production principles, theories, and concepts.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Express.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure quick turnarounds in editing.
