Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality short and longform video content for various projects
• Create news, entertainment, and informational video content to grow and engage digital audiences
• Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio equipment
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Collaborate with the editorial team to develop video concepts
• Manage video archives and organize footage
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Operate and maintain video equipment
• Conduct interviews and capture b-roll footage as needed
• Handle live streaming for events

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer or similar role
• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field
• Understanding of all equipment and programs needed for photos and videos
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Sketch
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus
• Experience with live streaming is advantageous

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with mobile phone technology for video capture
• Knowledge of DSLR and studio lighting techniques
