About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor/Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and have experience in both video production and post-production processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to produce high-quality video content that engages and informs our audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish.
• Operate cameras and other equipment during video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software.
• Conduct post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics or effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and editing techniques to continually enhance production quality.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including photography and graphic design elements when necessary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes including sound design, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Experience in videography with a solid grasp of camera operation and lighting techniques.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for creating graphics and visual elements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Previous experience in film or photography is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of promoting and scaling social media platforms.
