About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess strong skills in both video production and post-production. This role involves capturing high-quality video content, editing footage, and creating engaging motion graphics that align with our brand's vision. The Videographer/Editor will work closely with various departments to produce compelling videos for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, interviews, and events.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
• Experience in motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required for consideration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools is a plus.
