About the position

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor and Producer to join our marketing team in Fallbrook, CA. This role is essential for creating compelling visual content that engages and informs our audience, helping to bring our brand story to life. The ideal candidate will possess strong video editing and photography skills, with a focus on producing high-quality content for various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and paid media.
• Capture high-quality images for use across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video and photography concepts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Edit raw footage and images into polished final products, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Organize and manage video and photography assets, maintaining an efficient workflow for multiple projects.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure visual content supports broader marketing initiatives.
• Review and refine video and photographic content to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Oversee the entire production process, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in video editing, production, and photography, preferably within the social media/lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Davinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of photography equipment, techniques, and editing software.
• Experience with cinema cameras, multi-camera setups, and 360 sport/lifestyle footage.
• Ability to edit Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and Ecom ads, including photographs/greenscreen.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative vision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
