About the position

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Videographer/Photographer to join our dynamic clothing brand. This role focuses on producing captivating short-form videos and photos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and a passion for creating standout content that reflects our brand's aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality short-form video content (1-2 pieces daily) for social media.
• Create 2 long-form content pieces weekly, including fashion features and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
• Track social media trends to inform content creation and maximize engagement.
• Take ownership of shoots, from planning and capturing visuals to editing for a polished finish.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns.
• Deliver standout visuals through expert use of videography and photography tools.
• Be flexible and ready to jump on last-minute projects and events.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in videography/photography with an impressive portfolio.
• Mastery of social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Flexibility to accommodate an evolving content schedule, including evenings and weekends.
