About the position

Heirloom Roses is seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to join our team in Newberg, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content that showcases our beautiful nursery and the unique roses we offer. Your primary focus will be on filming short educational and promotional videos that highlight our products and services. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that the videos align with our brand message and marketing goals. The position requires a creative individual who is proficient in both videography and video editing. You will be expected to handle all aspects of video production, from conceptualization and scripting to filming and post-production editing. This includes selecting appropriate music, adding graphics, and ensuring that the final product is polished and professional. You will also be responsible for optimizing videos for various platforms, including social media, advertisements, and YouTube. The work will primarily take place at our nursery in Newberg, where you will have the opportunity to capture the beauty of our roses in their natural environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
