As a Videographer/Editor, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage for local sports leagues, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro to edit and produce polished videos that meet project requirements. You will participate in planning and pre-production meetings to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables. The role requires handling multiple deliverables simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met in high-pressure situations. Collaboration with team members is essential, as is engaging with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality footage for local sports leagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro to edit and produce polished videos that meet project requirements.
• Participate in planning and pre-production meetings to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Handle multiple deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in high-pressure situations.
• Work closely with other team members, providing feedback and receiving direction to achieve the desired outcome.
• Engage with clients when necessary to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and editing, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a strong understanding of the Adobe Suite.
• Creativity, passion for video production, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Punctuality and reliability, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience managing multiple video projects from pre-production to final delivery.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.
