About the position

The Videographer/Editor at New Reach Education is responsible for transforming raw video footage into high-quality media for various marketing channels and educational content. This role requires strong technical skills in video editing and videography, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and industry talent. The position is in-office in Tempe, Arizona, and focuses on producing engaging video content that supports the company's mission of advancing financial literacy through practical education.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw video footage into world-class media used in paid marketing, organic social media, and paywalled course content.
• Film headshot sessions offering creative suggestions and support when needed.
• Schedule, collaborate, and film with industry-leading talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish desired feel and look for video campaigns.
• Gather, transfer, and store multiple media file formats.
• Improve video and sound quality using various software.
• Edit video for audio/video quality, include preselected music, insert interviews and sound clips.
• Ensure correct formatting according to specifications.
• Utilize project management software to communicate and track status.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Video Editing and Videography experience (media production and filmmaking experience is a plus).
• Experience with Premier Pro/Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with After Effects.
• Professional mastery of Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals.
• Google Suite proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience editing media for paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads) preferred.
• Experience with graphic design is a bonus.
• Experience with work management platforms Monday, Asana, and/or Trello is a huge bonus.
