Responsibilities

• Pitch ideas for video campaigns based on content needs.
• Plan and execute video campaigns from concept to final production.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop creative treatments.
• Write compelling content plans for on-screen talent.
• Conduct interviews for point-of-view videos to capture authentic stories.
• Build video sets with proper lighting and placement.
• Execute all video production tasks, including shooting and editing.
• Produce dynamic video content for product launches and event recaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and production.
• 3+ years of experience in writing scripts and creative treatments.
• Strong video editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience conducting interviews for storytelling content.
• Ability to oversee a video set and direct a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in graphic design or motion graphics.
• Background in fine art, fashion, or other creative industries.
