About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual stories that resonate with our audience. You will work closely with various teammates to produce videos that align with our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of video production processes, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan video projects.
• Operate cameras and other equipment during filming sessions.
• Capture high-quality footage for various projects, including promotional videos, interviews, and events.
• Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Enhance videos through post-production techniques including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Incorporate graphics and animations using tools like Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and video editing techniques.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video production and editing software
• Strong skills in videography, film production, and photography.
• Experience in post-production processes including video editing, sound design, and color grading.
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for storytelling through visual media.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography or video editing work is highly desirable.
• Understanding of different social media platforms.
