About the position

The Videographer/Editor position is a full-time role focused on creating and editing video content for social media platforms. The role emphasizes creativity and collaboration with various teams to produce high-quality visual content that engages audiences across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and editing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.
• Utilize industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects to edit and produce video content.
• Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director, Art Director, and the social media team to develop and implement creative visual concepts.
• Partner with the social media team to create video content specifically optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and others.
• Assist in the post-production process, including color correction and audio mixing.
• Work with the design team to integrate graphics, animations, and special effects into video content.
• Ensure all video content meets the required quality and deadline standards.
• Provide technical support to other team members and collaborate with them to achieve project goals.
• Continuously improve video production skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology.

Requirements

• Experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality video content.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey complex ideas through video content.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience with Adobe Premiere (Preferred)
