About the position

The Videographer Editor at RGA is responsible for creating impactful video and multimedia content that promotes the company's brand and supports key enterprise initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative flair to engage clients and peers, producing compelling stories and media content that align with global client goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, thriving in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire clients and peers with a passion for creating great content.
• Work independently and collaboratively to create compelling stories and media content.
• Film lifestyle footage, interviews, and studio shots using video and photography.
• Efficiently handle post-production tasks using Adobe Creative Suite, including photo editing, video editing, motion graphics, and audio mixing.
• React with urgency to changing market conditions and evolving business needs.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or trade school degree in video production, photography, motion graphics, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' experience in video production roles with an emphasis on videography and editing.

Nice-to-haves

• Producing and writing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
