About the position

JJR Visual is seeking a creative and versatile Media Production Specialist to manage and produce high-impact content for our clients. This role requires expertise in videography, photography, editing, and social media management. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for capturing visuals, editing engaging content, and potentially managing social media accounts to enhance our clients' online presence. You will work closely with both our team and the client's team to achieve common goals, fostering a collaborative environment that feels like family. In this position, you will plan, shoot, and edit video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and client testimonials, ensuring high-quality footage that meets project requirements. You will also capture high-resolution images for various projects, maintaining a keen eye for detail and composition. Your editing skills will be crucial as you refine video and photo content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom. Additionally, you will develop and execute social media strategies for clients, creating and scheduling posts while monitoring engagement and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and improve content strategy. Client interaction is key, as you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure that all content aligns with their brand and goals. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and client testimonials.
• Capture high-resolution images for various projects, including lifestyle, product, and event photography.
• Edit video and photo content to create polished, engaging final products using industry-standard software.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative input to ensure content aligns with their brand and goals.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in videography and photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera operation.
• Strong skills in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
