As we embark on an exciting journey to expand our brand's visual presence, we're looking for a talented Videographer/Editor who is not only skilled in capturing and editing high-quality video content but is also enthusiastic about woodworking, construction, and DIY projects. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow our social media channels, develop engaging teaching content, and influence our visual storytelling across various platforms. Role Overview: We're seeking an imaginative and versatile Videographer/Editor to start and grow our social media presence from scratch. You'll have the freedom to design and execute innovative strategies, produce high-impact content, and create instructional videos that showcase woodworking, construction, and DIY projects. Your role will involve capturing detailed processes, editing engaging content, and contributing to the creative direction of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and establish our social media presence across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) from the ground up.
• Film high-quality video content of woodworking, construction, and DIY projects using various cameras, including film, HD, and drones.
• Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
• Integrate motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance instructional content.
• Develop and produce engaging teaching videos that guide viewers through woodworking and DIY techniques, breaking down complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.
• Work closely with project leads, designers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with brand goals and educational objectives.
• Monitor social media metrics and performance data to optimize strategies for engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in videography, editing, and post-production with a strong portfolio of work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
• Interest or experience in woodworking and DIY construction techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience or strong interest in woodworking and DIY projects is highly desirable.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and instructional content.
