About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and editing it to produce engaging and visually appealing final products. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the visual storytelling aligns with our brand's message and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish.
• Operate video cameras and other equipment to capture footage in various settings.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software.
• Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other tools.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects, including promotional materials, social media campaigns, and internal communications.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards that effectively convey messages.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Conduct post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and finalizing videos for distribution.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all video footage for easy access.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, videography, and video production techniques.
• Experience in photography is a plus, enhancing the ability to capture compelling visuals.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for creating graphics that complement video content.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve, and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience in all three phases of production.
• High level understanding of production lighting and sound design.
• Ability to shoot video without supervision.
• Basic AP writing skills is a plus.
• Basic understanding of podcast production.
