About the position

At People Trendy, we are looking for a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on crafting innovative and engaging video content for brands and influencers, with a strong emphasis on storytelling through video. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and possess strong technical skills in video production and editing, contributing to various projects including YouTube videos, courses, and commercials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan video projects
• Operate cameras and other filming equipment to capture high-quality video content
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• Implement post-production techniques including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects to enhance the final product
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and editing
• Assist in photography tasks as needed to complement video projects

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)
• Strong understanding of video production processes from pre-production through post-production
• Experience in film or videography, with a portfolio showcasing previous work
• Knowledge of photography principles is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts
