About the position

Locke Supply is seeking a skilled Videographer & Editor to join their marketing team. This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing to produce a variety of video content, including training videos, online courses, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will also possess photography skills and be adept at managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Create video projects for various content types including podcasts, online courses, and training videos.
• Produce video ads for online campaigns and social media reels.
• Update product photography for the new website.
• Conduct professional photoshoots for products and employee headshots.
• Manage video shoots with up to 4 cameras and ensure proper setup of all equipment.
• Edit and master audio in the post-production process, including audio restoration.
• Maintain and organize media assets using project management software.
• Provide regular project updates to team members and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on all projects and assist with other marketing objectives as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid.
• Strong skills in shooting video, lighting, and editing with well-timed transitions.
• Ability to capture high-quality audio during filming.
• Experience in post-production audio editing and restoration.
• Foundational knowledge of color grading and correction.
• Experience in managing video shoots and equipment setup.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image editing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with project management skills using tools like Asana or Trello.
