About the position

Beasley Media Group Boston is seeking a passionate and motivated Videographer-Editor to join their growing digital creative services department. This entry-level position involves creating video content for various advertisers and local radio stations, including the New England Patriots and Boston Bruins. The role requires a strong understanding of modern video production techniques tailored for different social media platforms, focusing on short-form video storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Pre-production - meeting with clients, discussing goals, storyboarding ideas
• Production - setting up lighting, sets, and shooting video
• Post-production - video editing, graphics, and audio correction

Requirements

• 1-2 years of video production experience in broadcast or digital media, or as an in-house producer for agencies or brands
• Strong media portfolio showcasing video production and editing work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Spark, InDesign)
• Experience with DSLR and studio cameras, lighting, and green screen
• Experience producing video for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Live audio mixing experience is helpful
• High attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with diverse audiences and partners
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
