About the position

The Videographer/Editor position at Clear Motivations is a temporary role focused on creating and editing engaging video content for a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving adults with disabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with program participants, inspiring and coaching them while producing high-quality videos for various platforms. This role requires creativity, strong storytelling skills, and proficiency in videography and editing software.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate participants while assisting them in videography and editing.
• Shoot various video needs for Clear Motivations, including training videos, program events, and participant interviews.
• Edit and deliver compelling video content for digital and social platforms, ensuring sharp and engaging outputs.
• Work with program staff to plan video shoots and support event production during editing and post-production.
• Handle video content organization and management.
• Adapt to sudden changes and support diverse needs as they arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of videography and editing experience (short and long-form).
• Strong storytelling ability with a creative eye for shooting and editing.
• Proficient in operating a camera and audio equipment, either solo or as part of a team.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere for video editing and creating dynamic graphics.
• Ability to produce engaging entertainment video stories.
• Self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid California Driver's License and liability insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
