About the position

We are looking for a skilled and reliable freelance videographer to create engaging content for our sales training portal. The role focuses on capturing high-quality footage of sales trainers and educational content, without the need for video editing services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the content team to understand the project brief and requirements.
• Set up and operate various production equipment, including cameras, audio recorders, and lighting equipment.
• Capture high-quality, well-composed, and properly exposed footage.
• Ensure clear and consistent audio recording.
• Manage media files and upload raw footage to cloud storage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in operating professional camera equipment (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
• Excellent understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and audio recording.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with on-screen talent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to shoot locations.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within a given timeframe.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in shooting educational or corporate content.
• Familiarity with sales training or similar industry.
