About the position

The Videographer/Graphic Designer position at Service Oklahoma (SOK) is a full-time role focused on creating engaging visual content to enhance communication strategies. This role combines video production and graphic design skills to produce multimedia content for both internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with the agency's marketing and training needs.

Responsibilities

• Produces a wide variety of digital media content, including video production, photography, and graphic design for social media, web, and internal communications.
• Strategizes and prepares for all video shoots and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with the agency's marketing, training, and leadership needs.
• Performs digital design work from concept to final product, including graphics for video, social media, and presentations.
• Develops creative briefs for multimedia projects and provides artistic direction, ensuring consistency in brand standards.
• Edits video footage and incorporates creative elements such as captions, motion graphics, special effects, and sound.
• Ensures quality in video production with attention to lighting, audio, and visual composition.
• Executes still photography as needed and edits images according to agency branding.
• Manages multiple, simultaneous projects from start to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Maintains a high-quality professional experience for subjects and stakeholders involved in video and photography projects.
• Organizes and manages digital files and ensures multimedia equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field plus two to three years of experience in video production and graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Skills in creativity, attention to detail, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of video, audio, lighting, and graphic design equipment.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into cohesive digital and visual content.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
