About the position

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Videographer to join their team in Walnut Creek, CA. This full-time, hybrid role involves creating and producing video content for marketing and internal communication campaigns. The Videographer will be responsible for all stages of video production, from concept development to postproduction, ensuring high-quality storytelling and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop video content using strong storytelling and video production skills.
• Plan and execute all stages of the video production pipeline, including pre-production, production, and postproduction.
• Support small-scale studio production, including maintaining a video studio and directing talent for live and recorded productions.
• Engage in postproduction activities such as editing, implementing motion graphics, and publishing finalized videos.
• Partner effectively with team members, subject matter experts, and executive-level talent to provide updates and refine workflows.
• Utilize project management and organizational skills to meet deliverables and track progress.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video-based production including camerawork, lighting, audio, and editing.
• Bachelor's degree or professional certifications in video production or film.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Experience with 2D motion graphic design for animated explainer videos is a plus.
• Experience in a studio environment, including grip, gaffing, sound recording, and lighting design.

• Experience with live stream/broadcast environments including live camera work and technical directing.
• Robust organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
