About the position

DanceBUG is looking for passionate and skilled Videographers/Camera Operators to join their team for a seasonal role. This position involves traveling nationwide to capture and stream dance competitions, recitals, and workshops, ensuring high-quality video and audio production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage video, audio, and streaming equipment on-site.
• Conduct daily video and audio tests to ensure quality.
• Record and log performances as well as manage the live broadcast.
• Upload and/or ship data as required.
• Communicate with your assigned Coach, Managers, and Onsite Contacts weekly.
• Travel to events nationwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Videographer/Camera Operator.
• Expertise in camera settings and audio management.
• Proficiency with Windows and basic editing software (DaVinci, Premiere a plus).
• Ability to manage data and work 'production' hours.
• Valid American Driver's License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with loud music, flashing lights, and extended periods of stationary work.
• Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check.
