Culture Craft Media is seeking passionate and innovative individuals to join our team as Creative Videographers/Photographers/Editors. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and execute event concepts that align with the brand's vision and cultural objectives. The position is suitable for individuals at all skill levels, from beginners eager to learn to experienced professionals ready to take charge of projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative event concepts that align with our brand's vision and cultural objectives.
• Participate in or lead the creation of detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to or oversee various aspects of event production, from initial concept to on-site execution.
• Help develop and implement creative solutions to enhance event experiences, such as interactive installations, immersive environments, and unique activations.
• Participate in analyzing post-event data and feedback to continually improve our offerings and stay ahead of cultural trends.
• Collaborate with our media team to ensure seamless integration of video, photography, and social media content creation during events.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for event production, cultural trends, and creative experiences.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of event management and cultural production.
• Basic understanding of current cultural trends, art, music, and lifestyle scenes.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills; willingness to learn industry-specific software.

Nice-to-haves

• Any experience in event planning, cultural studies, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
