About the position

The Videographer/Photographer at Sunny Health and Fitness is responsible for capturing high-quality photography and video content for various fitness brands. This full-time, on-site role involves both studio and on-location work, focusing on product photography, video storytelling, and collaboration with team members to produce engaging marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Capture and film product and marketing videos, as well as studio photography of fitness products.
• Create and edit motion graphics for marketing and advertising videos.
• Collaborate with the team to develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and reports for productions.
• Consult, plan, and execute the creation of outlines/scripts, storyboards, and projects.
• Establish and maintain partnerships across functional areas of the organization.
• Operate, maintain, and set up all photography and video production equipment, including casting, lighting, editing, digital capture, file management, and image compositing.
• Arrange objects, products, scenes, props, and backgrounds to create effective images and content.
• Edit, format, and manipulate photos and videos efficiently in accordance with brand guidelines or directed needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film/Television Production, Photography, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of video production experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Expert understanding of lighting for various scenarios.
• Expert knowledge of camera equipment for video and still photography.
• Intermediate understanding of audio equipment and audio editing.
• Strong time management and self-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with studio product photography using strobe/flash photography equipment.
• Experience with batch image processing using Capture One software.
• Experience with e-commerce content creation is a big plus.
